Covid-19 Drive-thru Testing in Cleveland for Four Days in a Row

covid19-driveEmergency Hospital Systems conducted COVID-19 drive-thru testing in the Cleveland area for four days in a row.

This initiative was made possible thanks to a partnership established with The Sanctuary Church located at 100 E. Hanson St.  Cleveland, Texas.

The testing took place at the parking lot of the Sanctuary Church from May 12 to May 15 and was administered completely while people remained in their vehicles.

Tests were available to all interested persons, including those asymptomatic cases that did not show symptoms.

As Texas advance through Phase 2 of its reopening plan, it is critical to increase the number of COVID-19 tests in the community.

The increase in testing makes it possible to timely identified potential cases and to implement the proper mitigation measures that will contribute to prevent the spread of the virus throughout the County.
