Dr, Vik Rajan is a board certified in internal medicine, pediatrics, nephrology, and integrative medicine (ABPS).
Dr. Rajan received his medical degree from the University of Texas A&M Health Science System, where he graduated with honors in 2002. He is also a Summa cum laude graduate of Texas A&M University, where he earned a B.S. in biochemistry in 1998 within 2 years.
Dr Rajan completed his residency in internal medicine and pediatrics at Tulane University School of Medicine in 2006 and completed a fellowship in Nephrology (IM) at Baylor College of Medicine in 2009.
In addition to his roles at Emergency Hospital Systems, he also serves as a patient advocate and integrative holistic concierge doctor for his private patients, with a focus on quality of care, helping patients navigate the medical system, and improving their health through nutritional medicine and lifestyle health coaching.
Dr Rajan has published in several journals and has delivered presentations at medical conferences.
He also served as an advocate for his mother’s health during the last eight years of her life when she was battling end-stage kidney and liver disease. He is truly interested in helping individuals in their health care needs. He is proficient in Spanish.
