The past few months have had important dates to celebrate when it comes to health. September was Healthy Aging® Month, National Women’s Health and National Cholesterol Education Month; October was Breast Cancer Awareness Month and November was Movember, the month of raising awareness about men’s health.
EHS employees took advantage of these dates to help raise awareness of health issues that can affect anyone. Only by knowing a disease and its symptoms people can take the necessary steps to prevent it.
Our employees wore their favorite T-shirts to work on Fridays to highlight the importance of preventing diseases and maintaining healthy habits.
Thus, healthy aging, regular physical activity, women’s health, men’s health and the prevention of high cholesterol and breast cancer were some of the themes of these past months.
In line with this, EHS partnered with Camp Gladiator to offer employees free Zoom training sessions. We are very proud of our employees, especially for the enthusiasm and motivation they show when participating in activities that contribute to improving their health and that of others.
