EHS Labs Acknowledged For Delivering High-Quality Patient Testing Services

We are excited to share that the laboratories at Texas Emergency Hospital, Deerbrook Emergency Hospital, EHS-HOPD Porter, and EHS-HOPD The Woodlands have recently received accreditation from the Joint Commission for their laboratory and point-of-care testing services.

This accreditation demonstrates our Labs’ commitment to upholding the highest standards in patient testing.

At EHS, we emphasize ensuring top-quality patient care in our labs across all our facilities. To achieve this, we have implemented the “Quality Assurance Program” that continuously monitors and evaluates the patient care provided by our services. This program promptly identifies and resolves any potential issues, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.

Our labs offer 24/7 laboratory services for inpatient and outpatient areas, catering to all physicians, hospitals, clinics, and companies needing lab testing. Our goal is to provide accessible and accurate services to all who need it.

Our labs offer a wide range of diagnostics testing, including clinical chemistry testing, hematology, toxicology screening, serology, urine analysis, and reproductive tests, thyroid tests.

We also provide tests for the detection of various viruses and Bacterial infections such as influenza A&B , RSV , Strep A+ , Rapid COVID-19 Screening and PCR.

The lab is led by George Zeinieh, MT, Laboratory Director for Emergency Hospital Systems, and staffed with highly skilled technicians. It is equipped with State-of-the-Art machinery, including
the Beckman Coulter DxC 700 AU Chemistry Analyzer, the Beckman DXI 600 immunoassay analyzer, Sysmex XN-430 Hematology Analyzer and the I-STAT Machine, among other cutting-edge machines.
