We are pleased to announce that Emergency Hospital Systems (EHS) has opened an Emergency Medical Service (EMS) room at the Emergency Room (ER) of its Texas Emergency Hospital (TEH) located in Crocket Street, Cleveland.
The EMS room allows medical professionals and first responders to have a place where they can rest between emergency calls, have refreshments and grab something to eat. Definitively, The lounge provides a quiet environment where crews can relax and be comfortable while they wait for another emergency call to come.
The room is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is available to all EMS personnel and first responders in the area. Once there, they can get refreshments, snacks and coffee for free.
Emergency medical services (EMS) are also known as ambulance services or paramedical services. The work that their crew performs is fundamental to the community, since they are the first ones to provide medical treatment to patients that require an immediate medical response, and the first ones to transport patients to healthcare facilities for definitive care.
With this opening, EHS further its goal of expanding its line of services to better meet the healthcare needs of the communities it serves and reaffirms its commitment to the health, well-being and satisfaction of the communities where it operates.
