EHS Receives Mayor’s Proclamation For Heroic Efforts During The Covid Pandemic

EHS Local staff and healthcare workers were recognized with a proclamation by the City of Cleveland during the “EHS Day” ceremony held at Texas Emergency Hospital and Cleveland Emergency Hospital this past October.

The proclamation was issued in gratitude to the heroic efforts made by TEH and CEH healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic, and in recognition to their spirit, love and healthcare skills provided to the community. Thank you Mayor Richard Boyett and the City of Cleveland for this recognition. We’re truly honor and blessed to receive this important distinction.

The novel coronavirus has brought one of the worst pandemic in history, and our healthcare staff has been there standing strong at the frontlines of this battle taking care of the community and helping our patients in their way to recovery. They have been risking their own lives and the well-being of their families for the sake of the community.

Texas Emergency Hospital was designated as vaccine hub on January 2020 and since then, has provided more than 50,000 vaccinations to the community. While most of the vaccinations were administered to people from the greater Cleveland area, people from other states and countries were also vaccinated.
