Meet EHS’s Newest Daisy Award Recipient

We proudly announce Devon Kelley, LVN, as the EHS’s DAISY Award recipient for the second quarter of 2023. Devon’s exceptional care and unwavering compassion toward patients and their
loved ones have earned him this recognition. We also congratulate the other nominees, Rebecca Hall, Pamela Clark, Kiesa Edgar, and JoAnn Coulter, for their remarkable contributions.

Devon Kelley, LVN, demonstrated exceptional care during a recent incident in which multiple children were admitted to the ER at Texas Emergency Hospital due to an accident. Devon arrived from the Med/Surg unit to assist the ER staff and showed remarkable skills in calming the mother and patients down. Devon’s nurturing qualities were also evident in the care he provided for a newborn involved in the incident.

Devon’s willingness to help and confidence in his work make him an asset. Congratulations to Devon and all the nominees. Well done!
