Dr. Kobza is a Board Certified Surgeon in General Surgery and in Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery.

He specializes in shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand surgery. He completed his residency in general surgery at Michigan State University and a fellowship in hand surgeon at Houston’s Baylor College of Medicine.  His area of expertise includes surgical and medical treatment of the shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand. He performs arthroscopic as well as endoscopic surgery, which allows for faster recovery and less down time.

Some of the services he provides include: arthritis treatment,  endoscopic carpal tunnel release, fractures and dislocations, sports medicine, occupational injuries, tennis elbow, fracture surgery for fingers, hand, wrist, forearm, elbow and shoulder, repair and reconstruction of ligaments or tendons, as well as joint replacement, wrist elbow and shoulder arthroscopy, (MIST), finger surgery, neurovascular repair and  soft tissue repair.

Dr. Kobza  is one of a handful of surgeons formally trained to perform Endoscopic Carpal Tunnel Release surgery.

He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association (AOA)  and the American College of Surgeons (ACOS)
