On August 30th, Texas Emergency Hospital hosted its very first community health fair in Cleveland. The event brought together several health-related organizations and vendors to provide top-notch health services and products to the local community. The fair was an amazing opportunity for everyone to learn more about different healthcare organizations in the area and gain access to valuable resources all in one place.
Attendees had the chance to receive free health screenings, including glucose and blood pressure monitoring and BMI assessments. Additionally, vendors offered raffles for gift baskets. Although this was the first health fair hosted by TEH, it won’t be the last. TEH plans to organize more health fairs in the future.
The Health Fair was made possible through the collaboration of several community organizations, including: Accentcare, Heaven’s Army-Home of Amazing Grace, Cleveland Physical Therapy, Partnership
for Thriving Families, Cleveland Lions Club, Crow Therapies, Montgomery County Women’s Center, Luby’s Culinary Services, City Ambulance Services, Concordia Insurance & Retirement Solutions LLC, Texas Department of State Health Services, Cleveland Senior Citizens Organization, Health Center of Southeast Texas, Family Time Crisis & Counseling Center, Insulinic, Imaging Excellence LLC and more.
We are deeply grateful to all the organizations that made this event possible. Stay tuned for more updates on upcoming events and initiatives from Texas Emergency Hospital as we continue our mission of providing high-quality healthcare and supporting the well-being of the communities where we operate.
