Recognizing Employees For Excellence In Work Ethics

We are excited to present the “Champion Club Award” initiative that has been implemented by our Infection Control and Quality Assurance Department and which aims to recognize EHS employees that go above and beyond in displaying excellent work ethics.

Some of the criteria that will be taken into consideration for the designation of the nomination are: hand hygiene, chart audits, EOC rounds, and nomination from other employees. Nomination boxes have been placed at each HOPD, administration offices and nursing units.

Each month, the Infection Control and Quality Assurance Department will assess and identify hand hygiene reports, chart audits, and EOC rounds and nominate employees that have displayed excellent work ethics.

Individuals and departments that achieve this distinction will be awarded with a special recognition in the newsletter and with other small incentives, such as certificates of appreciation, gifts, gift cards, morning breakfast, lunch, flowers, thank you card, etc.

All departments and any EHS employee may be nominated for the “Champion Club Award.”

We’re looking forward to receive many nominees and to recognize all who are going the extra mile maintaining a positive attitude and excellent work performance, while inspiring others to aim for excellence.
