Welcome to one more issue of our newsletter. We hope that you and your family are fine in these uncertain times, and that you find the content of this newsletter useful. These last few months have been a great challenge for us. We have been working tirelessly in the fight against COVID19, while working on other important projects for the benefit of the health of our patients and communities.
Since the pandemic began, we have conducted more than 12,000 COVID19 tests, and we will continue to do more, as our communities required it. The testings have been carried out at our five locations and we are very proud of the results obtained. Community members have shown us their trust and support by massively participating in these testings. At the same time, our healthcare professionals have continued to treat patients in our emergency rooms, as well as by phone and in person through our clinic.
We are also deeply honored and grateful to have been recognized in August with the “Business of the Month” award from the Cleveland Chamber of Commerce. This recognition has filled us with joy and encourages us to move forward and work with more dedication for the benefit of our patients. Thank you to the Chamber of Commerce and thank you to the Cleveland community!
We have also opened a new emergency room in Porter, which has been designed to meet the emergency needs of the Porter community. It has multiple emergency rooms and modern equipment.
Additionally, we are renovating our operating rooms at TEH, which we expect to complete in the next few months. By the time it is finished, the OR will have two operating rooms, a procedure room, a sterilization area and a PACU room.
We do not want to end this article without reiterating our appreciation to our employees for their commitment, dedication, and hard work during this pandemic. Also, to our communities for the trust they have placed in us and for helping us to be successful.
Thanks for reading and following us one more time!
